Eating . . .
And sleeping . . .
Two great ways to punctuate
And recharge our days!
Aah . . . that’s better!

And I do so much of both!
Getting enough sleep is a mood changer for me ~> I am cranky when I’m “too tired to think.”
At that point, the best thing for me to do is head to bed.
I definitely need more sleep. 🙂
Sleep is the theme of my posts this week ~ going to sleep, getting a good night’s sleep, and . . . waking up.
I use a lot of punctuation in my life.
You iz smart. Punctuation is important to our health and well being. A chance to press the *pause* button, relax, and de-stress.
I’m a big fan of both!
Me too! Food often provides a good mood boost. And there is nothing like a good night’s sleep to make the world look bright.
Sleeping is good. Eating is even better. However, if that’s all you’re doing, it would be even better for you, to get a life.
Yes. Both are great ways to “recharge” and “punctuate” our days, but they need not be our sole focus.
Yes, we do need both to function well. The second photo has me wondering why. 🙂
During a sleepover, my niece ended up with the air mattress up in the air, instead of underneath her. And it didn’t wake her up when it flip-floppped.
😅
Eating, sleeping … and pooping makes for happy functioning and wellbeing. Without all three life would not be worth living 😍
What goes up . . . must come down.
What goes in . . . must come out.
C’est la vie!
C’est la bonne vie 😃
Mais oui!
I have not been having any problem with eating and sleeping… it is the exercising I NEED to get motivated about!
At this time of the year, it’s hard to motivate myself to exercise unless I’m in the COOL POOL!
I get ‘hangry’ if I don’t eat, Nancy 😀 But I don’t sleep a lot – there’s too much to do (or maybe I’m just ADHD) 😀
Lucky you. I get more done after a good night’s sleep ~ I need a solid 7-8 hours to feel well rested. I’m not someone who can manage on 5-6 hours a night ~> I would be very cranky.
Both are sure important to me! Sometimes a little too important perhaps? 🙂 What a cutie asleep in her sleeping bag!
When I pause to mindfully ENJOY each bite, appreciating the good food and sustenance, I eat less and weigh less.
In contrast, if I rush mindlessly through meals, consumed by swirling issues of the day, I eat more and weigh more.
In this case ~> less is more!
I don’t know which is better eating or sleeping!
When I’m hungry . . . eating is better.
When I’m tired . . . sleeping is better. 😀
Right now, I’m tired, so I’ll keep this short and sweet. Thanks for stopping by!
