Focus On Now May 23, 2021

Posted by nrhatch in Humor, Life Balance, Mindfulness, Poetry.

Spirituality is a process to enjoy . . . not a goal to achieve

Just be present, awake and aware

Focus on NOW as Ego falls away

Revealing your true self

Aah . . . that’s better!

Too true!

To our true!

It’s funny to me how many people think of being spiritual as a goal. Not me, I’m all about the process.

Are we “there” yet? 😆

It seems that “now” is pretty full. It’s definitely enough for me! I love that first photo!

Now is fuller than most people realize ~ the ticking of the clock, the beating of our hearts, the rustle of the leaves, the smells on the breeze. Aah . . . that’s enough.

I am right NOW elated that you like the sound of my book, which is all about the NOW of living, each moment, bright flashes of life, the good, the (not so) bad, the ugly (sometimes our mistakes make us cringe, but as you have posted, that’s how we learn) and the beautiful. Like your reminder to us all to enjoy N O W. xo

Best of luck with the book sales, Pam . . . NOW and LATER!

I am constantly focusing on the ‘now’ yet it is still a challenge for me, Nancy. I have Pam’s book on my ereader and I look forward to reading it.
