It is not the length of life but the depth of life.
Dive in!
Follow your dreams, they know the way.
Aah . . . that’s better!

I like that…”Follow your dreams – they know the way”
Thanks Nancy 🙂
Here’s to achieving our heart’s desires!
I like that one too. Listen to your heart, and then follow your dreams.
I am reading The Midnight Library at the moment ~ quite an interesting glance at how the unfolding of our lives depends on the BIG and little choices we make . . . including whether or not to follow OUR dreams.
And when your dreams turn into nightmares? 😉
Nightmares?
Like Meghan Markle hooking up with the Royals only to find that she didn’t care for the connection? 😆
Or rock stars who OD (or otherwise check out) when they realize that fame and fortune are not the hallmarks of “success”?
Why, yes. Those are perfect examples of dreams turning into nightmares!
Have you read The Midnight Library? Was it in your stack of books to read in 2021?
I just finished it and found it a rollicking good read. A chance to bounce from life to life before settling back into the life of your dreams. Peppered by the occasional nightmare. 😉
I remember those alligators from work. Always snapping at the butt! 🙂
Glad you were able to stay out of harm’s way, Kate! Having a gator chomping at your butt is NOT a good place to be.
You are right, Nancy, a precious and finite life. We have had another recent sad reminder. I will still be cautious about diving in……I cannot unsee the alligator sign. 🙂
I hear ya, Erica. I did paddle board after seeing an Alligator Warning sign . . . but I didn’t dive deep. 😯
I’m not one for active risk taking. I think swimming with alligators would be quite a bit outside my comfort zone! 🙂
Swimming with gators would not be a dream of mine either! 😯
