Never stop learning.
Stay curious.
Pay attention and you’ll learn something every day.
The expert was once a beginner.
Aah . . . that’s better!
When I worked and started a new job, I was always impressed with the people who knew exactly what was going on and before you know it, I was one of them!
Our capacity for learning is marvelous . . . and it comes in “handy” when we’re learning to juggle tea cups and tea pots!

Great advice Nancy π
I’m in the process of teaching my self to juggle. The Cat in the Hat inspired me!
The Lorax is my all time favorite. Save the trees!
He’s the man!
Well, sort of the man . . . he’s the Lorax!
Which lately, is even better!
Yup. I’d vote him into office so we could finally make some headway in protecting our precious planet.
You can never go wrong with Dr.Seuss!
Here’s a Seussian meme for 2020:
You’ll stay on the couch, you’ll stay in your room
You’ll stay in a chair for a meeting on ZOOM
You’ll stay in the bathroom ~ a brief getaway
There are so many places at home you will stay
Perfect! π
I have such wonderful memories of reading to my kids. I wonder if I would have read all those great children’s books if I hadn’t had kids.
One day I was sitting inside the dressing room reading a Dr. Seuss book to my grandson while my daughter tried on clothes, and the other women in the dressing room joined in. We all know those books by heart.
That’s awesome, Nicki. Dr. Seuss is a big favorite of mine ~ I even went on stage as the Grouch from Green Eggs & Ham!
Yes, I agree. Seussian wisdom never fails to inspire.
Here’s to learning something new every day . . . including learning when to QUIT! π

Humor keeps us sane! I love to be silly even though I get rolled eyes. π€ͺ
We get extra credit for being silly when eyes get rolled at us!
There you go – lots of extra credits up our sleeves. π
Such fun photos and characters, Nancy. I was thinking the other day that my favorite people are those who have remained curious. It’s such a wonderful quality, and one I try to nurture. To stop asking questions is a sure sign of giving up. π
I agree. And being curious makes life more interesting.
When the pandemic started, I decided to be a “detached observer” while focusing on being “curious” about what would happen next. It has helped me maintain resilience.
Thanks for the lighthearted reminder Nancy π
In the midst of mayhem, chaos, and political unrest, remaining lighthearted helps us keep our keel buoyant. π
So true π
