Find something to laugh about.

Yup.  It can even be something silly.

Seriously.

Laughter is the yin to stress’s yang . . . counterbalancing many of the nasty negative effects of stress.

Plus, laughing feels good.

“We do not laugh because we are happy . . . we are happy because we laugh.”

Aah . . . that’s better!
