If you let other drivers ruffle your feathers . . .
You give them control over your emotional gear shifts . . .
Keep breathing, shift to Neutral, and go with the flow . . .
Aah . . . that’s better!
I make a point of guarding my joy from those thieves! Have a wonderful Thanksgiving, Nancy.
Thanks, Jill! We’ll be celebrating with my sister’s family. Here’s hoping there are no ruffled feathers!
Happy Thanksgiving to you!
Wise words and lovely watercolours!
Thanks, Rainee. I keep thinking I’ll get back to painting, playing the guitar, crafting, etc. . . . as soon as I get “caught up.”
I keep forgetting that our in-box is never empty. 😛
Good to remember especially during the holidays when everyone is in a hurry.
Yes, the holiday season can morph into perpetual frenzy accompanied by hustle and bustle. It’s good to slow down, come up for air, and “take a breather” from time to time . . .
DID YOU HEAR US ALL YOU BLACK FRIDAY BARGAIN SHOPPERS???
Not me mon!
Me neither! Black Friday shopping is for the birds!
I like the watercolor paintings. I see a serenity in them that unruffles my feathers.
Thanks, TG! Hope no “birdbrains” cross your path and make you cross today. 😀
Lovely paintings, Nancy. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family. 😘
Thanks, Sylvia! Hope your whole weekend is warm and wonderful!
Feathers always get ruffled on Thanksgiving, but I certainly don’t start the ruffling so you can find me grooving in neutral with you. People be crazy about this holiday… and how it’s supposed to be. 🙄
Our day was pretty smooth sailing . . . including the traffic to and from Orlando. Some of the lightest we’ve ever seen!
Love the watercolors! Sage advice!
Thanks, LM. Here’s to smooth sailing on unruffled feathers!
I have had to step back out of the noise quite often lately! 🙂 I love the artwork!
Thanks, Debra. One of these days I’ll have to get out my paint and brushes again ~> painting is a great way to step back from the noise and go with the flow.
