Press The *PAUSE* Button May 11, 2017

The myriad of challenges we face in our lives can create agitation and anxiety in our thoughts, crowding out feelings of peace and happiness.
When we take a few minutes to press the *pause* button, our calm center returns . . . and with it our feelings of love and gratitude for all the drops of good in our lives.
When we remember who we are at the core, our days overflow with peace, kindness, love, and contentment.
And we stop struggling with the current of life and enter its flow.

Namaste!
My life current is running a lot faster than I really enjoy, Nancy. Your words come to me at just the right time, as they often do! π
Even in “retirement” we can get “too busy” so easily . . . and we do benefit from pressing the *PAUSE* button periodically.
Great minds like a think . . . followed by a rest!
Got worked up yesterday… then I remembered the Pause button. It really helps!
Awesome! Once you get in the “habit” of pausing for a moment between “stimulus” and “response” . . . life gets “easier.”
Sometimes it’s hard for me to find that ‘pause’ button, Nancy. Thanks for the reminder xxx
Sometimes life seems to get stuck in Fast Forward . . . I’ve often felt a Rewind button would come in handy.
Hope you’re enjoying that gorgeous bird feeder. Nature often is the best *PAUSE* button for me.
