How to Become More Positive in 21 Days
It’s Tigger tested and approved!
Aah . . . that’s better!
Tigger knows! Thanks Nancy. xo
Tigger is the poster child for positivity!
Well, that was fun π I discovered I already do many of them … ESPECIALLY the *ahhhhh* when I climb into bed at night π
We choose our mood, why not choose to be happy?
I do that one too! ~> “Aah . . . bed!”
I love my one sentence a day journal. I’m into my third year. π
That habit is up next on my agenda ~ it sounds perfect.
We’ve have a Gratitude Basket for a few years & we review each of the year’s slips of paper at the “New Year.” But a one sentence journal would allow for more frequent revisiting with happy thoughts.
It’s fun to see what you wrote on that particular day in years past, Nancy. Yesterday, when I sat down to log in my happy thought, I read on that date, in 2015, “I’m happy I entered the Blurb2Book contest.” That made me smile.
I have bookmarked it for future reference. Looks good π
Happiness is just a smile away.
Great advice! I love snapping photos of things that make me happy.
Some photos are definite smile inducers!
Cute, but Tigger’s an easy sell. What about Eeyore? Is this approach to positivity Eeyore endorsed? π
Eeyore doesn’t positively endorse anything . . . because “it wasn’t much of a tale anyway!”
π
Great share, Nancy!
There are some tried and true tips in the article, including paying attention to the JOY that arises from paying attention to the “little things” . . . something YOU do every time you wander around the birds in the marsh.
Came home to gorgeous weather! Now have to get outside soon π I hope you’re enjoying the low humidity and cooler air!
We are!
There’s a lot of good wisdom in this read, Nancy. It’s a good thing to be reminded how many little things we have to offer ourselves!
For me, one of the quickest pick-me-ups is seeing a bunny rabbit! If it’s the Easter Bunny, even better. I’ll keep a sharp lookout this week!
Thanks Nancy – I’m checking it out right now! π
There are some wonderful tips in there. I’m doing a variation of the Gratitude Journal right now . . . Drops of Joy! I’m focusing on noticing little (and big!) moments of Generosity and Connection ~ like that wonderful bird feeder you received as a Thoughtful Gift.
