Thanks for sharing, Nancy. They look delish!

I haven’t tried them yet . . . but I love the list of ingredients. Great for folks trying to kick gluten to the curb.

Hmmm, a lentil brownie… I love lentil soup so why not… 🙂 I am addicted to CH’s flourless chocolate chip cookies!

I’ve never thought of using lentils in sweet treats . . . but I may give this a whirl.

Looks good, but I think I’ll take my chances with flour and eggs.

Since going “wheat free” back in September, I have felt much better in many ways . . . so I’m planning to keep as much wheat out of my system as possible.

That said, I have eaten wheat a few times when nothing but pizza, lasagna, or a grilled cheese sandwich on Toscano Pano would do. 😀

Hmmmm…don’t know. So far I haven’t found wheatless goodies to be good. I made some brownies for a friend’s mother but I had to ice them to get a good taste going. Maybe the lentils make a difference. You will have to report back after you try them.

Will do!

Those look very decadent! I’ll have to share with a friend who is off gluten.

Hope she enjoys them! I’m not much of a baker but I may give these a try . . . they look chewy, gooey, and delicious.

A handy widget is right below the calendar ~ a drop down menu where you can select a specific category (e.g., food, gratitude, happiness, humor, joke, etc.)

Ooooo these look superb!! Will give them a go now following a gluten free diet!

nrhatch - February 6, 2017

Enjoy! And good luck with the GF diet. I feel so much better following a gluten-free diet . . . more like the old me.

Or should I say more like the young me? 😀

threebrits - February 6, 2017

Thank you so much!! I’m starting to feel a lot better already!
