The happiest Happy Hour nibbles we enjoyed this Season ~> Mojito Fries!
Sweet Potato Fries seasoned with Lime Salt and Fresh Mint with a Sweet and Spicy Dipping Sauce on the side.
Definitely a taste to savor and celebrate.
Isn’t it wonderful to end the year on a Sweet Note?
Or four?
Aah . . . that’s better!
Sweet potato fries! Yes! We aren’t quite to the end of the year.. 🙂
Sweet potato fries = one of the best things we ate this year.
Yup, it’s not “the end” of the year yet . . . but Tigger wanted the 12/31 slot for his End of the Year Wrap Up and I couldn’t say no to the fuzzy fella.
😆 Well no of course you couldn’t say no to Tigger. I will be looking forward to it!
Tigger has us wrapped around his little paws. 😀
Wishing you a new year filled with possibility and happiness, Nancy. Loved the images.
Thanks, Don! Here’s to ending 2013 on a Sweet Note with a Savory start to the New Year.
Oh my those look good! Yum!
Definitely one of the better taste sensations of the past few months. YUMMY!
Ooh! sweet potato fries. Just in time for dinner too. I have sweet potatoes…. and wondering what to do with them this evening. Sorted now! Nancy, you are a friend for life!
Yay! I thought that photo might inspire some sweet potato fans. Enjoy your evening repast.
Will do! 😀
Mojito fries. They sound as good as they look. Chipotle ought to consider adding them to their menu!
That’s a great idea! We got these as Stonewood Grill & Tavern for a Holiday Happy Hour.
Good reminder to end the year on a sweet note. Enjoyed looking at the photos. 🙂
Thanks, Marie! Hope you ring in the New Year with Peace and Prosperity.
Those sweet potato fries look delicious! Happy New Year Nancy!
Happy New Year to you, Catherine! May it arrive on your doorstep with all good things.
Those sweet potato fries look deliciously tempting!
Happy New Year Nancy!
They were a delicious treat ~ worth the indulgence. Hope 2013 ends on a high note for you and your husband.
Nancy, it got worse after Paul was released from hospital … lost my mother on Christmas Day. December has been a nightmare month for me.
Oh, Barb, how sad. Losing our parents is never easy, but you’ve really been through the ringer this month. Please be good to yourself until your equilibrium returns.
The nibbles look inviting 🙂
All good wishes for 2014 🙂
Thanks, Eric! Best to you in the New Year!
Those sweet potato fries look amazing… it’s been too long since I had some.
We would definitely order them again. What a treat. Hope your New Year is Healthy and Happy.
They look really yummy. Happy New Year, Nancy xxx
Hi Cin! We’ve missed you in the World of WordPress. Hope you are regaining your equilibrium. Happy New Year.
I had sweet potato fries once and didn’t care for them. This recipe sounds different so maybe it’d be better. I’m all for ending the year on a sweet note 🙂
Neither of us expected to enjoy them as much as we did ~ we almost ordered “plain fries.”
I found an awfully decadent gluten-free Christmas pudding on our travels – tastes just like the real thing. Yum-yum. Gotta have decadent sweets once in a while.
Yay! We received several gift cards for Christmas ~ yesterday we spent them on decadent sweets and other treats, including a stollen. It’s not as good as mom’s, but it’s a reasonable facsimile.
Cheers!
