1. Crowing Crone Joss - December 15, 2013

reading that list makes me so aware of how powerful words are.

nrhatch - December 15, 2013

The thoughts we think are powerful. Reading this list imbues me with well-being, like a positive affirmation or mantra . . .

Except for the slight stumble over that “obstacle” in the path, left in situ to remind me that we can ALWAYS shift our thoughts and change our focus. 😀

2. SuziCate - December 15, 2013

This is an awesome photo!

nrhatch - December 15, 2013

I found it while reading through letters written by my dad while stationed in Seoul ~ I love the overlay of the “dragon’s” shadow.

3. Cecelia Futch - December 15, 2013

An awesome photo, an awesome word list. How refreshing and relaxing to sit and let the meaning and/or “feeling” of each word–concept–soak in. Ahhhhh.

I graduated Friday. This is just what I needed. 🙂 Thank you.

nrhatch - December 15, 2013

Congratulations on your graduation!!! What a great way to kick off the Holidays. 😀

4. colonialist - December 15, 2013

He doesn’t exactly look frazzled, does he?
Glad you had a Now to go with the Zen … 🙂

nrhatch - December 15, 2013

Good one, Col . . . Now and Zen! 😀

5. Don - December 15, 2013

What a list! Life as it’s meant to be.

nrhatch - December 15, 2013

Yes! Lots of peace . . . with a sprinkling of opportunities disguised as obstacles. 😉

6. Doom - December 15, 2013

A moment in the garden of the mind ,soul. Smelling the flowers of life, letting go of what you can’t control, embracing what you can and do control, remembering love in it’s many colors and shapes, a time to heal.

Just moments, but so very precious. Amen.

Thank you kindly, for the minder. And the sharing. Be well.

nrhatch - December 15, 2013

Thanks, Doom. Glad you enjoyed the brief respite. Aah . . .

7. Three Well Beings - December 16, 2013

That is a fascinating photo, Nancy. It would be a great photo for a book cover, wouldn’t it? I like the words you listed. Good for you for reaching for Xanadu! 🙂 Good call.

nrhatch - December 16, 2013

Of all the photos I’ve seen from my dad’s stay in Korea . . . this is my favorite. I believe it’s the result of a Happy Accident in the darkroom after a tad-too-long in the toner.

8. jannatwrites - December 16, 2013

Great photo – he does look peaceful (and wise). I like the list, too!

nrhatch - December 16, 2013

I love this photo. Not sure if it was taken in Korea or during a week-long trip to China. Either way, he seems both peace-filled and wise.

9. shreejacob - December 16, 2013

This is an awesome list!! Thank you 🙂

nrhatch - December 16, 2013

Thanks, Shree. Glad you enjoyed. Writing it, and reading it, imbues me with a sense of calm. Aah . . .

10. Pix Under the Oaks - December 16, 2013

Love that list!

nrhatch - December 16, 2013

Thanks, Pix! Happy Monday. I finally made some Holiday Headway this weekend ~ off to the post office to mail presents to my nieces and nephews.
