Hey congrats on the first-time slideshow! What fun!! Am on the go so just saw it on my phone. Will have to check out the larger view later! Thanks for the heads-up!

nrhatch - February 17, 2012

Thanks, Kris!

I started to post the photos sequentially . . . and then decided it was time to bite the bullet and learn how to do a slideshow. 😀

pix & kardz - February 18, 2012

well done! nice to see it in a larger format than on my phone!
yay! three cheers for technology 🙂

nrhatch - February 18, 2012

Thanks for the return visit, Kris. Flipping through photos on a phone isn’t as much FUN as seeing them on the “big screen.”

Excellent! Fun for the challenge. Love the upside down light bulb and the kitten! Great song too 🙂

nrhatch - February 17, 2012

And I finally learned how to do a slide show. 😀

3. Sandra Bell Kirchman - February 17, 2012

Good job, Nancy. I need to learn to do a good slide show. Hope I don’t feel upside down when I’m finished 😛

nrhatch - February 17, 2012

I used the “Help” button and followed the guide for slideshows (Help -> Media -> Slideshows). Or . . . click this:

It took a bit of trial and error to get the photos in the right order (because I didn’t load them in order). Eventually, I figured out that you can reorder them in the “media library” by typing the order you want in the little blank boxes.

Love the photos! I had missed this particular challenge, so I will go immediately and put up my cypress trees swamp photo – which side is up and which side is down?

nrhatch - February 17, 2012

Oh, yes! That’s the perfect picture for “Down.” 😀

5. sufilight - February 17, 2012

Wow, didn’t know we could do slideshows in WP. Cool job, Nancy. 🙂

nrhatch - February 17, 2012

Thanks, Marie. I probably need to snoop around using the “Help” button more often. I expect that WP offers lots of nifty tricks that have escaped my notice.

SidevieW - February 18, 2012

that too.
