Awesome picture. I’ll show my cats…

nrhatch - October 9, 2011

I’ve had this title in mind for some time . . . and finally found the right graphic to go with it.

We rescued an abandonned kitten once.
His name . . . Buddha.

2. Pocket Perspectives - October 9, 2011

1000 likes here! ohhhhhhhhhhhh…..please help me accept that, too!!!!!! Perfect!!!!

nrhatch - October 9, 2011

Glad you enjoyed, Kathy.

This poster rocked my socks off this morning ~ of course, I was already barefoot. 😉

beautiful pic. cats are awesome and teach us to simply be present, every moment, every day.

nrhatch - October 9, 2011

I agree. Cats rule. 😀

5. sufilight - October 9, 2011

Oooooh, priceless! Will share with friends!

nrhatch - October 9, 2011

Excellent! I fell in love with it too. 😀

6. Patricia - October 9, 2011

Love it! Cats are so insightful.

nrhatch - October 9, 2011

When I meditate, Tigger often joins me. Purring is his mantra.

7. JannatWrites - October 9, 2011

Aw, that’s too cute! I think my cat would be thinking “help my human feed me more.”

nrhatch - October 9, 2011

Tigger likes to be fed frequently too . . . maybe he wants a Buddha Belly. 😀

8. Rufus' Food and Spirits Guide - October 9, 2011

That cat is about to take Buddha out.

nrhatch - October 9, 2011

You might be right . . . Tigger gets that look when he’s getting ready to pounce. 😉

9. kateshrewsday - October 9, 2011

Love it! My cat would find that difficult…

nrhatch - October 9, 2011

Accepting humans for what they are can be challenging, indeed.

10. bluebee - October 9, 2011

Funny how he seems to be some recognizing something human in the statue

nrhatch - October 9, 2011

Something human . . . or something spiritual? 🙂

11. Sunshine - October 9, 2011

I can see my cat thinking the same thing! Thank you and if you don’t mind, gonna share it on my Facebook page. Love this photo!

nrhatch - October 9, 2011

Absolutely. Share away! 😀

12. Tahlia Newland - October 9, 2011

LOL This is gorgeous.

nrhatch - October 10, 2011

Cats + Buddha = Perfect Together!

13. reflectionofabuddhistmonk - October 10, 2011

Great photo, I know a cat who probably thinks this very thought, he stares at one of my garden Buddhist statues in the same way. 🙂

nrhatch - October 10, 2011

Cats are prone to meditative bliss.

Be Here Now. _/!\_

14. souldipper - October 10, 2011

And the Buddha answers, “There’s nowt so queer as folks, Puss!”

nrhatch - October 10, 2011

That’s perfect, Amy! 😆

15. ElizOF - October 10, 2011

Amen to that… We all need a little Buddha in us and in our lives. TY! 🙂

nrhatch - October 10, 2011

I spent some time yesterday . . . weeding my garden of the extraneous to make room for the germane. 😀

16. flyinggma - October 10, 2011

Very funny photo. I agree with Rufus. I think the cat is ready to pounce. Just working out the details to be successful..

nrhatch - October 10, 2011

Purr-haps. 😀

17. granny1947 - October 10, 2011

i LOVE IT…WILL HAVE TO SEND (damn caps)you a picture now!

nrhatch - October 10, 2011

Excellent. I’ll be watching for it. 😀

18. adeeyoyo - October 10, 2011

Who says that cat isn’t communi(cat)ing?

nrhatch - October 10, 2011

Just so, Denise. Cats speak in whispers of all things that matter.

19. Pseu - October 10, 2011

“Open your eyes, I’m talking to you.”

nrhatch - October 10, 2011

Or, maybe, “Open your eyes. Wake up. I’m hungry.”

20. Sandra Bell Kirchman - October 10, 2011

Cats are much more Buddha-like than dogs. Dogs understand humans perfectly but totally accept them anyhow lol

nrhatch - October 10, 2011

Dogs are very accepting of our idiosynchracies. Cats expect us to be accepting of theirs. 😀

21. Booksphotographsandartwork - October 10, 2011

So cute and funny! Love it.

nrhatch - October 10, 2011

Nothing like imagining what’s going through an animal’s head to put a smile on our face.

22. SidevieW - October 11, 2011

mine do seem to have accepted me as i am, or maybe they have me trained the way they want

nrhatch - October 11, 2011

Tigger is always working on us. He wants us to get up with HIM and wait on HIM and do what HE wants . . . until its time for catnap #1. 😀

23. hugmamma - October 11, 2011

sooo fun…ha, ha! 🙂

nrhatch - October 11, 2011

It’s a great poster . . . makes me want to grab my camera and head to capture some funny pet pictures.

24. IsobelandCat - October 13, 2011

I keep seeing your gravatar on posts I visit, so I thought it time to check you out.
Love this pic.
Is it your pretty tabby?

nrhatch - October 13, 2011

Nope. That’s a commercial poster . . . but Tigger figures prominently in some posts. He’s my favorite narcissist. 😀
