Interesting pictures, especially #2…Great post Nancy
That chair has some fascinating feet on it. 😀
Very nice pictures.
Maggie
Thanks, Maggie. Glad you enjoyed.
I adore all these whimsical pieces. And I think I need that sign “Live, Love, Laugh, Eat, Repeat”…have they been following me around?
I like the part that says . . . I see hungry people.
I want that rooster! It would be perfect in our kitchen!
Gorgeous bird, but you’d have to set him his own place at the table . . . he’s about 6 feet tall. 😀
I’ve always wanted to work with metal (on a large scale), but something tells me I would lose a digit or two in the process!
Very impressive! 🙂
Photography is easier on the digits. 😉
Matisse is one of my favourite artists. I’d love to own one.
I’ll fight you for the postcard
😉
You’ve got good taste! I love that painting . . . the cocoa looks so real and the postcard has a certain elegance to it.
Matisse is one of the greats. There were a couple of his artworks at NOMA. Glad you enjoyed your art immersion.

Thanks, Chad. One of our favorite things about this area is the active arts scene . . . lots of local artists and galleries.
Some fabulous stuff but the chair is my favourite.
It’s a terrible photo of a marvelous chair. Very Seussian.
Love, love, love the art work and all the bright colors. 🙂
We love going to the art shows and galleries around here . . . so much to take in.
I love whimsical. . .always have. I would have that chair in an instant, and the rooster in my yard (of the house I will own.) So much color, all of it. Very nice.
Isn’t that chair awesome? (Terrible photo, great chair).
That artisan in Village of the Arts does nothing BUT chairs. Each different and very whimsical.
