1. When I am writing, there is nothing I’d rather be doing.
2. I try to write when I have something to say . . . not just because I want to say something.
3. Blogging adds dimension to my life ~ developing connections with writers and readers around the globe has opened my eyes, my mind, and my heart.
4. I am not a Buddhist, but Buddhist teachings encourage me to explore, examine, experiment, and experience the wisdom within.
5. I woke up this morning with a mantra ringing through my head . . . there is more work to be done.
6. I believe our purpose is to discover our purpose and pursue it with passion. If we are growing in happiness . . . we are getting warmer.
7. I value freedom and autonomy, shared laughter, inner peace, and my constantly replenished sense of wonder about the world and its mysteries.
No rules. Just write!

Not gonna do it. Wouldn’t be prudent.
We need not compare ourselves to others in order to be the BEST we can be.

Dear Time Out Box: I am too busy writing and studying how to be the best me possible to have a blog. I am a known leach on other blogs in order to propagate the views of disrespectful and contradictory philosophers. I do want to share the following critique of my book:
This book was written by a crazy woman about a crazy woman who gradually goes crazy trying to figure out if she is crazy or not. If you read this the authors are not responsible for the mental health of the reader. Any semblance to persons crazy or not is purely fictitious and coincidental. The reader may also become fictitious during the course of the reading of the book or may have already been partly or somewhat fictitious prior to the reading of the book. Also the reading of this disclaimer about the reader being fictions prior to or during the reading of it may produce some form of insanity, we are not responsible for that either. Na na na!
My response: That’s great. You’re ‘getting’ the irony, the tone of the book. You’re the first one. I so laughed when I read your disclaimer. If the book works this way for you, perhaps I can look forward to a similar reaction by others. I laughed as I wrote it. But so many people who have read it see only the pain. You understand my irony. Thank you.

I must be going crazy. I don’t understand the crazy comments above.

I am still looking for my niche. I think it’s supposed to be parents and kindergarten teachers as those are who would like my children’s book but I don’t want the box.

Your #’s 1-3 definitely apply to me. When I get started on a tpic, I am completely absorbed in communicating what I’m thinking. But, I almost never sit down to write something just to be able to say I wrote something. At the moment, I write for me and just have to hope that what I write has resonance with at least a small portion of the blogosphere. So far, so good!
