Eat the FROG First! February 18, 2011

Even if we take just 10 minutes each morning to think about the things that we LOVE about our life . . . it puts us in the right frame of mind to focus on the positives as we go through the rest of our day.

And whatever we choose to focus on grows LARGER!  Instead of getting caught up in the underbrush of weeds and decaying leaves, we see the forest and all the possibilities it offers.

Once your “ME” time is up . . . roll up your sleeves and eat the FROG first.

Not literally, of course.

Do the one thing you LEAST want to do first and get it out of the way so you can enjoy the rest of the day.
