Posted by nrhatch in People, Word Play.

Yesterday, I posted a short quiz on Lateral Thinking (thinking outside the box).

If you haven’t seen it yet, go take a peak.  We’ll wait.

You did great with your answers! 8)

2. cindy - September 23, 2010

Ack! What can I say?

nrhatch - September 23, 2010

Cindy ~ I thought your answers yesterday were quite plausible.

Except maybe for #4 . . . although we may get there eventually. Instead of air traffic controllers, we’ll have electric supply controllers. 😉

3. Paula - September 23, 2010

OK, so I only differ with #2! Personally, the answer given is a bit sexist! I say that because I’m married to a man named Ashley. If the murderer’s name was Ashley, would they have arrested the only woman present?

nrhatch - September 23, 2010

If the anonymous tipster said, “HIS name is Ashley” . . . and only one man was there . . . I’m guessing that Ashley would have been tossed into the slammer.

I could not even attempt to guess any. My brain has never been able to cope with this lateral thinking kind of thing, not sure if it’s to do with the fact I’m dyslexic.

I love playing with brain teasers and puzzles . . . it keeps my mind razor sharp. 8)
