As we observe the breath, we relax.
With each inspiration, we draw closer to the divine.
Breathing in, we smile.
Breathing out, we let go of thoughts, desires, and emotions.
The mind stills. Time falls away.
We become free to fully embrace the now.

My personal meditation mantra was given to me many years ago:
“You are going to the place you are coming from”
Love that.
The endless loop of eternity. Where does one breath stop and another begin?
