I’m having a blast jammin’ about today . . .  immersing myself in the treasure trove of spiritual wisdom available to us in this cyber space age:

* Sharing joy
* Letting our inner light shine
* Allowing kindness to echo
* Turning back the hands of time
* Connecting with the Divine

We’re jammin’ . . .

      We’re jammin’ . . .

I hope you like jammin’ too.

As we go within, we relax.

As we observe the breath, we relax.

With each inspiration, we draw closer to the divine.

Breathing in, we smile.

Breathing out, we let go of thoughts, desires, and emotions.

The mind stills.  Time falls away.

We become free to fully embrace the now.

Kindness is not something that you do . . .

It’s who you are.

We become kind, by being kind.

Claim what isn’t, as if it were, until it becomes.

In order to demonstrate that we can be the change we wish to see in the world, Ellen and Dr. Wayne Dyer issued an interesting challenge to her audience:

Quote:  Kindness is its own reward.

A Change Would Do You Good July 22, 2010

Many people don’t understand that Ego (which essentially translates to “Edging God Out”) is the False Self.

Over time, Ego persuades us that Who We Are is based on:

1. What we have

2.  What we do

3.  What others think of us

When we understand who we really are, we free ourselves from the illusions that hold us back.

Listen to Dr. Wayne Dyer as he explains it much better than I ever could:

We learn to let go of Ego (and its lies) when we start to see things through the eyes of God and Spirit.

Quote:  What you think of me is none of my business.  ~ Wayne Dyer (?)

Our Deepest Fear: Our Inner Light July 22, 2010

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.

Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us.

We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous?

Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small doesn’t serve the world.

There’s nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We are born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us, it’s in everyone.

And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.

As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.

Coincidence is God’s way of remaining anonymous. ~ Albert Einstein

The more aware we become (about who we really are) the better we become at attracting into our life exactly what we need when we need it.

We speed up synchronicity by recognizing its existence.

Coincidence is the word we use when we can’t see the levers and pulleys. ~ Emma Bull Quotes

How To Turn Back The Hands Of Time July 22, 2010

When we allow ourselves to feel positive emotions (joy, bliss, love, kindness, and happiness), we change the structure of our brains and turn back the hands of time.

We grow younger.

We become healthier.

Any thought that moves us from the illusion and deception of Ego into the positive realm of Spirit improves our immune system and our life.

We do not stop laughing because we grow old . . . we grow old because we stop laughing.

When we awaken to Spirit, we see the truth of who we are for the first time.

Once we know who we are, we are able to free ourselves from the prisons we have built around our fragile Egos.

Our illusory thoughts are the cause of our suffering.

When we see those thoughts from another perspective, we see that we are the observer of those thoughts.

At last, we are free!

When I see I am nothing,
that is wisdom.

When I see I am everything,
that is love.

And between these two,
my life flows.
