Starting with its founding fathers, politicians in America have been linked to famous (and infamous) utterances:
* I cannot tell a lie.
* Give me liberty, or give me death.
* Four score and seven years ago . . .
* I have a dream . . .
* Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall!
* Read my lips, no new taxes.
So, how will we remember Sarah Palin in the wake of the off-shore drilling disaster in the Gulf of Mexico?
By her positively gleeful utterance preceding that disaster:
Drill, baby, drill!
The next time she utters those three words, let’s hope she’s sitting comfortably in her dentist’s office about to undergo a root canal.

Spirit Lights The Way 
I do associate Palin with “Drill baby drill,” but I also associate her with “lipstick on a pig.”
That’s a good one ~ but she didn’t say it.
She and McCain just squealed alot when Obama said it. : )
She really is a dreadful woman.
Aah, even in South Africa, she has her “dis-admirers.”
I am so GLAD that she and McCain didn’t end up in the White House. Having her one step away from the Presidency is a scary thought.
