Couldn’t agree more. My last two cats, Xena the Warrior Kitty, and Lamont Cranston were both adopted locally.
We’ve adopted all of our pets ~ they found us before we made it to the shelter.
Tigger found us at a farm stand while we were buying corn on the cob.
