And here’s “Pipe Dream” . . .

Aah . . . that’s better!

Amazing – I especially liked “Resonant Chamber” and the human like (or spider like) fingers :-) (I shared it on my Facebook page as well)

nrhatch - January 17, 2013

A neighbor shot me “Resonant Chamber” last night ~ the melody grabbed my attention (or maybe it was the crab claws). Either way, WOW!

I think that Rik (Uphill Writing) shared an animusic video once. They’re fascinating.

Gorgeous!! The ‘Resonant Chamber’ was good but the spider-like fingers freaked me out a bit…. Love the ‘Pipe Dream’, though, very much!!

nrhatch - January 17, 2013

Those spider fingers / crab claws grab your attention, don’t they? The Pipe Dream is just FUN . . . allowing us to wonder what’s going to happen next.

A Blog's Life - January 17, 2013

Precisely!! That was FUN entertainment . . .

3. seeker - January 17, 2013

thanks for the link.

nrhatch - January 17, 2013

You’re welcome. Some videos are made to share. :D

4. sweetdaysundertheoaks - January 17, 2013

Pipe Dream is amazing and super cool!

nrhatch - January 17, 2013

It’s great FUN to watch. It starts s~l~o~w (allowing eyes a chance to take it all in) then expands to the point that following the bouncing ball(s) is just a “Pipe Dream.”

5. colonialist - January 17, 2013

They really are fun, aren’t they?

nrhatch - January 17, 2013

I checked out a few more last night . . . as well as the “How They Are Made” clips. So fascinating.

6. Zen and Genki - January 17, 2013

That is so cool! Brilliant!

nrhatch - January 17, 2013

The clip explaining how they produce the videos is interesting too ~ it’s definitely a back and forth from concept to completion between the musician and the graphic artist.

7. ryoko861 - January 17, 2013

Wow, love this music! I bet those videos were interesting to produce!

nrhatch - January 17, 2013

I watched a few others where the music didn’t resonate as much as “Resonant Chamber.” But they are all FUN to watch. :D

8. suzicate - January 17, 2013

Ahhhhhhh, lovely!

nrhatch - January 17, 2013

Both of these put a big smile on my face last night . . . cutting straight through the “trials and tribulations” of the day. :D

9. Don - January 17, 2013

Thoroughly enjoyed it. Fascinating!

nrhatch - January 17, 2013

It’s like a music box . . . on steroids. :D

10. kateshrewsday - January 17, 2013

Incredibly inventive, Nancy. Phil and I have been talking about the second one; I love it because it is such a wonderful embodiment of the music. Phil was slightly unnerved: a world without any humans in it making music.

nrhatch - January 17, 2013

For now, an unseen wizard or two resides “behind the curtain” pulling and plucking the strings. :D

11. ericjbaker - January 17, 2013

Yikes. Getting that spider guitar mechanism in tune must be a project!

nrhatch - January 17, 2013

Mind boggling . . . tuning my 6-string guitar is enough of a project for me. ;)

ericjbaker - January 17, 2013

Every time my guitar goes out of tune I smash it and grab another one.

nrhatch - January 17, 2013

You rock star, you!

12. diannegray - January 17, 2013

These are both amazing, Nancy!

nrhatch - January 17, 2013

Glad you enjoyed. Definitely not your everyday run of the mill music box.

13. Three Well Beings - January 18, 2013

I love these! Isn’t it fascinating that music is always evolving…I’m now off to watch again! :-)

nrhatch - January 18, 2013

Exactly what I did after hearing/seeing it for the first time . . . requested a repeat performance.

14. sufilight - January 18, 2013

WOW!!! My favorite is Resonant Chamber. This is a must share with friends.

nrhatch - January 18, 2013

Your reaction mirrors my own. Wow . . . and I’ve got to share this. :D

15. Pocket Perspectives - January 18, 2013

Those are INCREDIBLE!!!!!…Wow!!!! I just passed them along to family members…wow!

nrhatch - January 18, 2013

Yay! I’m so glad that Resonant Chamber resonated with you, Kathy! :D

16. Jim Kaszynski "THE IDEA MAN' - January 19, 2013

Love it…a talking video…with no words….that touch the heart!

nrhatch - January 19, 2013

Yes! It does seem to be talking to us . . . straight to the heart.
